Our Mission

Media Noma grew out of a simple realization: businesses don’t need overcomplicated digital solutions — they need clarity, honesty, and work that genuinely supports their goals.

After over a decade of being in the tech and design industry, it became evident that there’s too much jargon, too many inflated processes and too little focus on what actually matters. The more technology evolved, the more people felt lost in the noise.

Media Noma developed as a response to that. A place where digital work stays grounded. Where websites are built with intention. Where communication is clear, expectations are realistic, and solutions are achieved with efficiency and empathy.

Meet the owner & Creative Director

Nina brings over a decade of hands-on experience in design, product thinking, and digital problem-solving. She majored in graphic design at the Academy of Art University as well as psychology at City College of San Francisco. This contributed to her critical ability to blend thoughtful aesthetics with an understanding of how people think, feel, and interact online.

Her career began with an internship at Intel, and since then, she’s designed for brands and organizations such as Minted, Stanford University, Berkshire Hathaway, Union Pacific Railroad, and many others. She currently works at Concentrix, where she helps design AI platforms and tools used by global teams.

As a self-taught web developer, Nina has built over 50 websites and designed experiences for dozens of web and mobile applications. She specializes in making complex digital experiences feel approachable, intuitive, and deeply human — a philosophy that drives the heart of Media Noma.

Outside of work, you’ll find her riding her motorcycle, doing combat sports, or spending time with family, friends, and anything that keeps life grounded, balanced, and fulfilled.
